THE SELF-LEARNING SYSTEMS IS CREATED BASED ON THREE EDUCATIONAL THEORIES:
  - Talent Education Theory: All Children are born with unlimited potential and talent
    is not inherent.
  - Programmed Instruction Theory: Children can achieve success in learning when provided with
specified aims, sufficient practices, and appropriate reinforcement.
  - Mastery Learning Theory: The degree of learning can be calculated by using time actually
spent in learning and time needed in learning.

To process individual and voluntary learning by level, the first thing to do is to evaluate the student¡¯s current level, determine a starting point to learn, and provide proper materials. After a series of learning processes, the student is examined to evaluate academic achievements and to analyze whether mastery learning has been achieved or not. In addition, individual academic records are classified and the learning progress is maintained from the beginning to the end. Anyone can achieve mastery learning through the Self-Learning Systems since scientific evaluation system analyzes student¡¯s performance and manage individual progress.

Based on the belief in a student¡¯s learning potential, JEI director (instructor) helps the student find a proper starting point for learning, provides him/her with positive reinforcement through precision and encouragement. As an education specialist, the director also addresses parental concerns and counsels the student on his/her educational needs.
Perspectives and confidence of directors (instructors) and parents are very important in interacting with the student. Careful concern and thorough observation by an instructor increase learning achievements. With care, programmed learning leads to amazing results.

The role of parents is a determining factor of the effects of the Self-Learning Systems. Despite scientific systems and effective instructors, unconcerned parents do not give any influence on academic achievement. Therefore, parents should guide and encourage their children at home.
Through this outstanding scientific learning systems, instructors and parents will have your children achieve their academic goals, as they master learning skills and strive to achieve a more fulfilling and rewarding life.
