What is an Evaluation System?

The JEI Evaluation Systems is composed of three types of tests:
the Diagnostic Test, Interim Test, and Achievement Test.

For each of the 13 levels of JEI Math and 10 levels of JEI English from Pre-K to 9th grade, JEI uses a unique comprehensive computer diagnostic test.
It determines the student¡¯s weakness and strengths as well as the optimal starting JEI creates and individualized learning schedule for each student.
DIAGNOSTIC TEST:

INTERIM TEST:
Students are regularly monitored on their progress and understanding of concepts.
By passing the Interim Test, students are assured that they are on the right track and achieving the learning goals and objectives.
ACHIEVEMENT TEST:
An Achievement Test is given when students complete the appropriate level of their individual learning program. It determines whether a student needs further study on a particular concept or may progress to the next level.
Because JEI provides and Achievement Test at the end of each learning program,
it is difficult for a student to move on to the next level without mastering the weak areas from the previous level.
